Our client, a London based PR agency working with a range of corporate & consumer clients are on the lookout for a Digital Account Director to support with a diverse portfolio of clients and drive forward their digital first approach.
The agency in question aren’t your classic traditional PR agency, with campaigns encompassing a huge range of activities across paid media, organic & paid social media, SEO, UX and of course coverage led PR. While there are distinct teams within the agency they are truly integrated and encourage all members of staff to work collaboratively to come up with the most creative ideas and deliver integrated work for all their clients.
They are also keen to put more of a focus on insight, research and analytics to inform all their campaigns and be able to put forward well-informed ideas and suggestions to clients, really demonstrating their ROI. Clients range from a massively well-known financial services provider, food & drink clients, a bit of tech to several household FMCG & alcohol brands.
As well as having knowledge of the social media and digital industry, the Digital Account Director must have previous agency experience, ideally within a PR agency and understand how both traditional PR and digital strategies complement each other.
Team & client management are also an important element of this role as the Digital Account Director would lead on client management & development as well as educating and mentoring more junior members of staff.
